Supportkids...the saga continues!

OK...so, help me out on this one. After my last blog update on Supportkids, I was contacted via phone(by Supportkids) to let me know that they are upgrading their services and Direct Deposit is now being offered. They wanted ME to be one of the first to have the option of this service. I thought to myself, "hmmmmmmm, someone's been reading my blog...Great!"..Well, my response was, "Sure...Awesome....Sign me up"...they sent the form and told me it would take 30 days to get it set up. WONDERFUL!! Now, correct me if I'm wrong but Direct Deposit is suppose to expedite payment...correct? If things went the way they use to, I would have received a check today via snail mail. Instead, I received notice via e-mail that it was going to take 5 to 10 days for my payment to post via Direct Deposit. Ummmmm, wait...what's wrong with this picture? Ya, it may appear that I am never satisfied but HELLO, I wanted my money no later than 3 days after they received it. It was sent to them on 4/8...today is 4/20 and I have to wait 5 to 10 additional days?? I don't get it....I'm so done with this system. This whole thing gives me a freakin headache. Someone has missed the whole point on this one!! Thanks for the effort Supportkids but you still havent gotten it right.
