No maintenance...its my new pool. It should be ready in 2 weeks:)

You asked where all the people were in my WW. I took that outside one of the restaurants at City Market on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, so it was pretty deserted. On a typical evening, you'd never see it that empty -- at least not during the spring or summer. And chances are that the night before that very street/sidewalk was going strong.
can't wait to see your new pool when it's completed.
