Not as bad as you might think. They arent shrimp scampi from Bubba Gumps but if it works, Im in it to win it!

It looks remarkable similar to my freezer except we eat Lean Cuisine. If you haven't tried them they taste pretty good.Hang in there :)

Rules for losing weight. 1)Increase your activity. 2)Cut down on intake. When I was running four miles a day I discovered that endorphins or something actually decreased my appetite.
Oh my! :-)..
