Kudos to Heather at Supportkids....

I just wanted to do a quick kudos to Heather at Supportkids. She called me back regarding my problem, she was nice, and didn't make me feel like my problem was an inconvenience to her schedule. She treated me like a single mother that needed help, and thats how it should be. She got all of the info I needed on my account and a payment was posted. Supportkids needs to hire more people like her and get rid of the ones with the bad attitudes. I still wish they would cancel my contract but I think that good work should be rewarded!
