A Tribute to our Soldiers.....

I would like to pay tribute to one of our fallin soldiers. His name is Spc. Clinton C. Blodgett, 19, of Pekin, Ind., and he died May 26 in Baghdad, Iraq, when the vehicle he was in struck an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Schweinfurt, Germany. I have a son that will be 19 next month, I think that is why this soldiers name caught my attention. He was fresh out of high school and went right into the world of combat. God Bless him and his family. Although he paid the ultimate price for our freedom and the freedom of the people in Iraq, he will never be forgotten.
